AIA A-LifeProtectTerm
A-LifeProtectTerm is a no-frills life insurance plan that allows you to choose your level of protection while staying within your budget.
This plan offers you 3 choices of plans; Level Term, 5-Year Term and Yearly Renewable Term. Each offers different coverage terms to suit your financial plan.
Minimum and maximum sum assured
The minimum sum assured is RM25,000, while the maximum sum assured is subject to underwriting.
Guaranteed Renewable

5-Year Term can be renewed at the expiry of the 5th policy year without further underwriting

Yearly Renewable Term can be renewed at the expiry of every policy year without further underwriting.
Entry Age
Entry age between 16 to 60 years old.
Disability Coverage
This plan covers two types of disabilities:

Presumptive disability
-
Total and permanent disability
Presumptive Disability
The occurrence of any of the events mentioned below:

Total and irrecoverable loss of sight of BOTH eyes or
-
Severance of two (2) limbs at or above wrist or ankle or
-
Total and irrecoverable loss of sight of one (1) eye and loss by severance of one (1) limb at or above the wrist or ankle.
Total and Permanent Disability
The insured is completely and permanently disabled as a result of an accident or illness, and is unable to perform or participate in any gainful employment, occupation, or business.
Key Person Insurance Tax Deduction
The premiums charged on this term life insurance plan are tax deductible in Malaysia.
